About Me

Mornington Celebrant Kerrie DixonHi, I’m Kerrie.

I became a celebrant as I have a passion for life.

And life is most real to me in moments of celebration.

Whether celebrating a marriage, the life of a loved one or any other important occasion I consider it a privilege to share these intimate moments with you, your family and friends.

I am 50 something and enjoy living in a mud brick  home on the Mornington Peninsula.  I love my family, beach walking with my dogs and gardening.  I consider myself fortunate to be able to spend time with friends regularly (as long as they enjoy my cooking. I love to cook.)

My Certificate IV in Celebrancy is recognised in Australia as the best qualification of it’s type.  Combined with my experience in the civil celebrant industry I am confident you won’t find a celebrant more willing to ensure your ceremony will be meaningful and memorable to yourself and your guests.

Meeting and hearing your unique story, how you met, who noticed who first, followed by the heart-felt journey to your wedding day inspires creativity and allows designing an individual ceremony which captures personality, humour and genuine love.

The look on a groom’s face as he sees his bride walk down the aisle for the first time.

The wonderful smile on a bride’s face as she attempts to remain serious for the vows.

These are the moments that make being a celebrant special.

It will be an honour to share this precious moment with you as I pronounce you husband and wife.
